November 17th, 18th, and 19th, REV Group and Team Penske are heading to the Homestead-Miami Speedway in Homestead, Florida, to wrap up the 2017 NASCAR Xfinity Series. Driving in Saturday’s Owner’s Championship – Ford EcoBoost 300, is Ohio-native and five-time NASCAR Xfinity race winner, Sam Hornish Jr., who will be taking to the track in the REV-sponsored No. 22 Ford Mustang.
As Hornish Jr. aims to reach the winner’s circle for the Penske racing team on Saturday, REV Group will be hosting a number of dealers in attendance. There, the VIP guests will be treated to garage tours and a group lunch in a special hospitality unit located in the infield of the Homestead-Miami track.
Jonathan Gibson, Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Team Penske shared his anticipation for the weekend’s events:
“I wanted to tell you how excited we are for the upcoming Championship Race Weekend in Miami. It has been a successful year, and the NASCAR season culminates this coming weekend where we have a shot at the Owner’s Championship in the NASCAR Xfinity Series on Saturday, and the NASCAR Cup Championship on Sunday.”
Gibson went on to express his gratitude to the entire Team Penske racing team, and its sponsor, REV Group.
“We started 2017 with ten full-time teams entered in four different series, and after winning the Verizon IndyCar Championship in September, we have an opportunity to win the remaining three championships this weekend in Miami, and the following weekend in Australia. We couldn’t achieve success without our partners at REV, and wanted to say thank you again for all of the support. We look forward to seeing you in Miami this weekend.”
REV partners, dealers, and owners, you won’t want to miss this weekend’s racing action as Sam Hornish Jr. aims to claim the Champion’s title on Saturday afternoon. Plus, make sure to stick around for Sunday’s Ford EcoBoost 400 as the NASCAR Cup Series crowns its next winner.
